In order to keep the quality of the product and personalization: - avoid rubbing it against rough or sharp surfaces; - avoid getting it wet; - avoid contact with perfumes, oils and other chemicals.
Although our jewelry are made with stainless steel, we recommend to not use it in water (showering, swimming pools, in the ocean, etc). Also avoid using hand sanitizer, perfume and beauty products (skin care, makeup, etc) directly on the jewelry and avoid extreme sunlight and temperatures.
To clean it use a soft cloth and keep it in the box or pouch when not in use.
Shipping & Returns
Our normal processing time is 1-3 days for orders placed during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours on Friday, over a weekend or on a holiday may take up to 72 hours to process. During special events, order processing may take up to 7 working days.
Once your order has shipped, your tracking information will be sent to the email you gave us at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
